How do I add activities?
Step 1:
Open your food diary and scroll down until you reach the "Add Activities" field.
Step 2:
Click on the "Add activity" area.
Step 3:
Use the search box to search for a sport or activity.
Step 4:
Click on an activity in the search box.
Step 5:
Indicate how much time you spent on this activity.
Step 6:
Click on "Add activity"
Step 7:
Your selected activity will be added to your calorie balance for the day.
