Cooking recipes in under 30 minutes for prep and cook times

Most, of the recipes we offer, can be prepared and cooked in 30 minutes or less from start to finish. Some of them can also be prepared in advance and eaten later. This way you can prepare more than what is needed for a single meal. This allows you to eat the extra amount the next day or when you are short on time with little or no extra preparation time.


Our recipes allow for flexibility and customization

For example, if a recipe calls for a variety of vegetables and you are missing one, or if you want to add more varieties or slightly different amounts, you can do so and still make a great tasting, healthy meal. You also have the flexibility to decide if you want a vegetarian dish or not. And once you've tried a recipe, feel free to adjust the amount of spices used to suit your individual tastes.
