How do I incorporate my favorites into my nutrition plan?
Step 1:
Open your food diary
Step 2:
Swipe a recipe to the right until the "Add Recipe" box appears. Click on the "Add recipe" field. The "My Recipe Diary" page will open.
Step 3:
Click on the "My Favorites" area. It will open your favorites list.
Step 4:
Select a recipe from your favorites list and click add.
Step 5:
Your favorite is now integrated into your nutrition plan.
