Preparation:

Step 1:
Pour almond milk into a small saucepan. Mix cocoa powder with xylitol in a cup and stir until smooth and no lumps are left. Now heat the almond milk while stirring constantly until a light foam forms on top. Now take 2 tablespoons of the hot milk and mix with the cocoa mixture (for example a small whisk helps perfectly) it then forms a small paste. Then add the rest of the milk little by little and finally dust with cinnamon - and now enjoy the chocolate heaven.
