Preparation:
Step 1:
Pour milk into a small saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add dark chocolate and melt while stirring, then remove the pot from the heat. Add half of the chia seeds to the chocolate milk, stir and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. After 10min stir again and let swell for another 10min.
Step 2:
Wash and drain raspberries - set aside 2 for garnish. Puree the remaining raspberries and chia seeds with the yogurt in a blender (use a hand blender if necessary). Let swell for 10min.
Step 3:
Now layer the chocolate pudding and the raspberry yogurt alternately in glasses and garnish with the remaining raspberries. Enjoy. Tip: If you prepare the recipe the day before, just let the pudding sit in the fridge, covered.
