Avocado (fresh)Avocado (fresh)½ (80 g)

Preparation:

Step 1:
Mix chia seeds and oat milk and let swell for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, remove the flesh from the avocado, peel and chop the banana and puree both together with yogurt and lime juice (use a hand blender or stand mixer).
Step 3:
Gently toast almonds and oat flakes in a non-stick pan without oil.
Step 4:
Layer avocado mousse, oatmeal mix and chia pudding in a glass and top with blueberries.
