Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1:
Briefly rinse quinoa well in a sieve and wash it. Then drain and set aside.
Step 2:
Bring the hazelnut milk to the boil in a small saucepan. Add the quinoa, cover and leave to soak over a low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, wash the figs well and cut into quarters. Also wash the blueberries well, remove stalks if necessary and roughly chop both types of nuts.
Step 4:
To serve, pour the finished warm quinoa porridge into a small deep plate, top with the fig and blueberries and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Enjoy.
