Ingredients:

Chia seeds (dried)Chia seeds (dried) 25 g

Papaya (fresh)Papaya (fresh) 150 g
Soy milk (unsweetened)Soy milk (unsweetened) 125 ml
Apple syrupApple syrup 1 Tablespoon

Preparation:

Step 1:
Mix soy milk (soy drink) with coconut flakes and chia seeds, put it in the fridge and let it swell there for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally in between.
Step 2:
In the meantime, peel papaya, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Coarsely chop macadamia nuts and pistachios.
Step 3:
Chia pudding season with apple syrup. Top with papaya pieces, macadamia nuts and pistachios.
