Ingredients:

Olive oilOlive oil 1 ½ Teaspoon
Garlic (fresh)Garlic (fresh)⅕ (0,5 g)
Basil (fresh or dried)Basil (fresh or dried) 1 Teaspoon
Linguine (raw)Linguine (raw) 125 g
Chicken breast, chicken breast fillet (organic quality)Chicken breast, chicken breast fillet (organic quality) 60 g
Chili flakesChili flakes ½ Tablespoon

Preparation:

Step 1:
In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine in it according to package directions al dente.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into thin strips. Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Wash the basil and shake dry. Cut the leaves into fine strips.
Step 3:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Sear the meat in it for about 1 minute at high temperature, turning constantly. Then reduce the temperature, season with salt, garlic and chili flakes and fry everything over medium heat for 1 more minute.
Step 4:
Drain the linguine and add to the chicken in the pot along with the basil and stir in well. Serve on pasta plates.
