Step 1:
First, fry the bacon strips in a frying pan over medium heat. Then peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Add the diced onion to the pan with the Schupfnoodlen and fry in the delicious bacon fat.
Step 2:
Now add the drained mushrooms and fry everything again for another 2-3 minutes until everything is nice and golden brown. Now season with a pinch of salt and pepper and stir gently.
