Preparation:

Step 1:
Start by washing the zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, rosemary and thyme. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into thin slices and halve the tomatoes. Chop the herbs finely and peel the onions and garlic cloves and chop them finely too. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
