Step 1:
Heat a pan with oil and fry onions and carrots briefly in it. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Briefly fry garlic and tomato paste. Season with pepper, salt and chili and deglaze with red wine.
Step 2:
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and bring to the boil briefly. Season with oregano and simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili.
Step 3:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish with butter. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. Then pour the pasta sauce into the baking dish.
Step 4:
Cut the Mozzarella into small cubes and spread on the pasta. Bake the casserole in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Wash the basil, shake dry and cut into strips. Sprinkle over the finished dish and serve.
