Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare the pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion. Sauté in a high pan with oil together with tomato paste and the minced meat. Press garlic and sauté with it. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3:
Add the strained tomatoes to the pan. Season with a little stevia, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream.
