Step 1:
Prepare the pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
Onion cut into rings. Put in a pan with high sides and lid with a little oil. Sauté over low to medium heat until translucent (do not fry!) . Mix vegetable broth with 40 ml of water and pour to it.
Step 3:
Peel the garlic, cut into pieces as small as possible and add to the pan. Now add spinach. Cut salmon into pieces and add. Remove a little liquid and mix with the starch in a cup until it dissolves. Return the mixture to the pan, as well as the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Drain the pasta and mix in. Serve.
