Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut turkey breast, bell bell pepper and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Cut potatoes and onion into fine stems.
Step 2:
Brown potatoes and turkey breast in olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. After about 5 minutes, add the zucchini, onion and bell bell pepper. Add the garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Season vigorously with salt and pepper. Finally, add the tomato pieces and simmer for about 3 minutes. Then fold in cottage cheese. Season again with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese.
