Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare the pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into rings. Saute in a pan with a little oil over medium heat until translucent. Mix vegetable broth with 40 ml of water and pour to it. Peel the garlic, cut into pieces as small as possible and add to the pan. Now add spinach. Add tuna.
Step 3:
Remove some liquid. Mix in a cup with the starch until dissolved. Put the mixture back into the pan. Add sour cream to the pan as well. Season with pepper and salt. Drain the pasta, mix in and serve.
