Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash the lime hot and dry, finely grate half the peel and squeeze the juice of one half. Wash the tomatoes and dice them very finely. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit and lift the flesh out of the skin with a spoon and mash finely with a fork and place in a small bowl. Add the lime zest and juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix everything together. Mix in the tomatoes and season the guacamole with salt and cayenne pepper. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, chop coarsely and sprinkle over the guacamole.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin slices. Salt and pepper. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan. Add the fillet slices and fry for about 1 minute per side over high heat. Arrange the meat with the guacamole on a plate.
