Turkey breast fillet (organic quality)Turkey breast fillet (organic quality) 150 g


Step 1:
Rinse the turkey breast under cold water, pat dry and cut into strips.
Step 2:
Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in lightly salted boiling water for about 5 minutes
Step 3:
Rinse the lemon under hot water, scrape the peel and squeeze the lemon. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.
Step 4:
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey strips in it for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with lemon juice. (add a little more water if necessary) Add the lemon zest and garlic, let stand briefly and add the parsley. Season as needed.
