Step 1:
In a pot of salted water, add the basmati rice, bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, peel the carrots and slice into long thin strips on a vegetable slicer or with a peeler. Then cut into pieces about 4 cm long and add to the rice in the pot. Cover and cook for another 8-9 minutes.
Step 3:
In the meantime, wash the turkey breast, pat dry and dice (2 cm).
Step 4:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add turkey cubes and fry for 4 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Add mustard, honey and a little water to the turkey cubes in the pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the temperature and allow to infuse for about 2 minutes.
Step 6:
Season the cooked carrot basmati rice with a little salt and serve on a plate with the turkey breast.
