Preparation:

Step 1:
First preheat the oven to 200 °C convection oven. Then put the chicken breast fillet in a bowl together with half of the olive oil, lemon juice from half a lemon, paprika powder, honey, salt and bell pepper and put it aside.
Step 2:
Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and then into slices, halve the tomatoes and cut the peppers into strips. Then put everything in a baking dish.
Step 3:
Add the remaining olive oil and lemon juice to the baking dish, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
Step 4:
Place the marinated chicken breast fillet on top of the vegetables, slice the Mozzarella and top the chicken. Bake everything in the oven for about 25 minutes and serve.
