Step 1:
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Then place in a baking dish.
Step 2:
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and mushrooms, cut the peppers into strips and put everything in the baking dish with the olives.
Step 3:
Mix eggs, milk, basil and rosemary in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then pour into the baking dish and mix everything well. Cut Mozzarella into thin slices and place on top of the casserole.
Step 4:
Put the casserole in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Then serve.
