Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven grill to the maximum temperature. Grease a baking tray well with oil and place the fish fillet on it.
Step 2:
For the cashew crust, finely chop the cashews and place in a small bowl. Add crème fraîche and pesto and mix everything well.
Step 3:
Put the cashew mixture on the cod fillet and press it down a bit.
Step 4:
Grill the fish fillets in the oven on the top rack for about 7 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Serve on a plate and serve with rice, pasta or bread.
