Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil and place the still unfrozen salmon in it.
Step 2:
Peel and finely slice the garlic. Spread on the salmon. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle 2 tablespoons of it and the olive oil over the salmon. Sprinkle with capers and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Put on a plate and serve with potatoes or baguette.
