Ingredients:

Aceto balsamic vinegarAceto balsamic vinegar ½ Teaspoon

Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash salmon with water and pat dry.
Step 2:
For the marinade mix oil, vinegar and honey on a deep plate. Season with salt and pepper. Place salmon on plate, toss in marinade, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to infuse.
Step 3:
Towards the end of the time wash spring onions, clean, shake dry and cut into oblique fine rings.
Step 4:
Heat some butter in a frying pan, add the marinated salmon and sear all around over high heat. Then reduce the temperature and let the salmon cook for about 10 minutes. In between now and then brush a little of the marinade over it. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the spring onions and sauté them. Serve on a plate.
