Preparation:

Step 1:
Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Wash apple, quarter, core and cut into wedges. Peel melon, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cut avocado in half, pit, scoop out flesh with a spoon and cut into pieces. Wash and finely dice chili pepper. Wash and shake dry basil and arugula. Wash the sprouts in a sieve and drain them.
Step 2:
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree finely. Add about 25 ml of cold water and pour into a glass.
