Ingredients:

Water (still)Water (still) 100 ml
Chia seeds (dried)Chia seeds (dried) 1 Tablespoon
Kiwi (fresh)Kiwi (fresh)½ (40 g)
Lettuce (fresh)Lettuce (fresh)⅒ (15 g)
Apple juiceApple juice 100 ml
Matcha powderMatcha powder ½ Tablespoon

Preparation:

Step 1:
Put the apple juice and the chia seeds in a blender and allow to swell briefly.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, clean the lettuce leaf under water and pat dry. Peel the kiwi and cut it in half. If desired, cut 1-2 slices off the kiwi and set aside for garnish.
Step 3:
Put the rest of the kiwi in the blender with the lettuce leaf, the matcha powder and the mineral water. Now puree everything in the blender to a smoothie.
Step 4:
Now fill the smoothie into a glass and garnish as desired the enclosed kiwi slices. Enjoy.
