Ingredients:

Soy yogurt (natural)Soy yogurt (natural) 90 g
Mango (frozen)Mango (frozen) 125 g
Almond milk (unsweetened)Almond milk (unsweetened) 40 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Take the frozen mango pieces out of the freezer and let them thaw. Mix the soy yogurt together with the almond milk in a small bowl until well blended. Mix in the chia seeds and 1 tablespoon chopped almonds with the agave syrup.Leave to infuse for about 5 min.
Step 2:
In the meantime, either put the mango pieces and the pulp of the vanilla bean in a good blender or alternatively use a mixing bowl and blender and puree both together until creamy.
Step 3:
