Step 1:
Thoroughly wash the berry mix and clean it from unpleasant styles and impurities. Drain well and set aside about 25g for later garnish.
Step 2:
Now put the remaining berries together with the almond milk and the agave syrup into a blender or alternatively puree with a hand blender to a homogeneous mass. Now pour the finished berry smoothie into a small bowl.
Step 3:
Now roast the hazelnut flakes briefly in a coated pan without fat until aromatic and brown. Allow to cool and set aside.
Step 4:
Peel the banana and kiwi. Slice the banana in half and cut the kiwi in half slices. Now drape all the fruits side by side on the smoothie bowl and arrange the flax seeds on top as well along with the hazelnut flakes. Enjoy.
