Preparation:

Step 1:
Thoroughly wash the apricots, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut them into rough cubes. Also wash the cherry tomatoes well and cut them in half.
Step 2:
Peel the organic lime and separate out the fillets. Cut the orange in half, squeeze and collect the juice.
Step 3:
Now put all remaining ingredients together with the fruit and vegetables in a blender (alternatively use a blender) and puree until creamy.
