Ingredients:

Apple (fresh)Apple (fresh)⅝ (100 g)
Cinnamon, cinnamon powderCinnamon, cinnamon powder ½ Tablespoon
Spelt flakesSpelt flakes 50 g
Sunflower seedsSunflower seeds 10 g
Dates (fresh)Dates (fresh) 15 g
Walnut oilWalnut oil ½ Teaspoon
Walnut kernels (natural)Walnut kernels (natural) 20 g
Hazelnut milkHazelnut milk 150 ml

Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash the apple well, cut in half, core and finely dice it. Coarsely chop the walnuts and dates.
Step 2:
Toast the chopped walnut kernels together with the sunflower seeds in a coated pan over medium heat. Add the walnut oil and the spelt flakes, as well as the apple and date pieces and the cinnamon and fry everything together for about 1 minute.
Step 3:
Now pour in the hazelnut milk and bring everything to the boil while stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the porridge steep for about 10 minutes covered.
Step 4:
Then put the porridge in a bowl and enjoy lukewarm.
