Ingredients:

Oatmeal (tender)Oatmeal (tender) 50 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Pour coconut drink into a saucepan and heat up. Add oatmeal and maple syrup, stir in and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then leave to swell for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 2:
In the meantime, peel mango, cut in half and remove from stone. Cut the flesh into cubes. Toast the coconut chips in a pan without fat over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Pour porridge into glasses or small bowls, add mango cubes and sprinkle with coconut chips.
