Preparation:

Step 1:
Tofu cut into slices. Peel garlic and ginger, chop very finely and mix with 15 ml soy sauce and rice vinegar. Marinate tofu with it for about 20 minutes.
Step 2:
In the meantime, peel and finely chop the shallot. Wash mushrooms and broccoli and cut into florets. Heat 0.5 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add shallot and mushrooms and sauté over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Bring salted water to a boil. Boil broccoli florets in it for 3 minutes and drain afterwards.
Step 3:
For the peanut sauce, pour the peanut puree and coconut milk into a saucepan and heat. Season with cayenne pepper and remaining soy sauce.
Step 4:
Remove the mushrooms from the pan and decant them. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry the tofu slices in it for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Step 5:
Thoroughly rinse the konjac noodles. Bring salted water to a boil und die Nudeln 2 Minuten darin garen und anschließend das Wasser abgießen. Arrange mushrooms, broccoli, konjac noodles and tofu in a bowl. Drizzle Keto Bowl with the peanut sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
