Ingredients:

Oatmeal (gluten free)Oatmeal (gluten free) 4 Teaspoon
Plum (yellow, fresh)Plum (yellow, fresh) 100 g
Apricots (dried)Apricots (dried) 25 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash the yellow plums well, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Then cut into small cubes. Put the plums in a small saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of water and cook for about 5 minutes at medium temperature.
Step 2:
In the meantime, coarsely chop the apricots and hazelnuts and add them to the prunes along with the hazelnut milk, gluten-free oatmeal and vanilla. Stir in everything and simmer for about 5 min. Stir again and again.
Step 3:
Finally, remove the porridge from the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes, covered. Now serve only lukewarm and enjoy.
