Ingredients:

Psyllium husks (natural)Psyllium husks (natural) 1 Tablespoon

Preparation:

Step 1:
Mix the psyllium husks with the ground almonds in a bowl.
Step 2:
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan and then add the almond psyllium mixture. Let the mixture come to a boil briefly and reduce the heat to medium. Then add the cream and the almond milk and stir everything vigorously and let the porridge thicken in about 3-4 min while gently simmering and stirring. Stir now according to taste still erythritol and cinnamon under the porridge and taste it.
Step 3:
Now wash the raspberries thoroughly and fill the warm porridge into a small bowl and top it with the delicious raspberries. Enjoy.
