Preparation:

Step 1:
Beat the whipping cream in a high mixing bowl with a hand mixer until stiff. Now season with the scraped vanilla and stevia and fold the flavored cream into the Greek yogurt.
Step 2:
Coarsely chop walnuts and briefly toast them carefully in a coated pan without fat. Now mix the nuts with the cocoa nibs and season with cinnamon.
Step 3:
Wash strawberries well, remove stalk, dice and now serve all ingredients either layered or mix and enjoy.
