Soy yogurt (natural)Soy yogurt (natural) 150 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Mix soy yogurt, amaranth and half of the agave syrup.
Step 2:
Mix the rest of the agave syrup with vanilla and gently stir in the raspberries.
Step 3:
Sauté coconut flakes in a non-stick frying pan without oil until lightly browned.
Step 4:
Layer yogurt-amaranth mix and raspberries alternately in a glass and top with coconut flakes.
