Step 1:
Toast the oats and almonds together with a pinch of salt in a small pan without oil. Stir again and again in between.
Step 2:
Combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and mix well. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into small pieces.
Step 3:
Place the apple pieces together with the toasted oatmeal, honey, grated ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and cottage cheese-yogurt mixture on plates and serve.
