Preparation:

Step 1:
Put the quinoa in a small bowl and mix with the soy yogurt - leave to soak for 4min. Peel banana and cut into small cubes, then add to quinoa mixture. Flavor the mixture with agave syrup.
Step 2:
Peel and dice the pineapple. Wash and drain blueberries. Now layer all ingredients in the following order in a tall glass: Quinoa mixture, pineapple cubes, then repeat. Finally garnish with blueberries and enjoy.
