Coconut flakesCoconut flakes 1 Teaspoon
Almond pasteAlmond paste 1 Teaspoon
Water, tap waterWater, tap water 50 ml
FlaxseedFlaxseed 1 Teaspoon
Chia seeds (dried)Chia seeds (dried) 1 Teaspoon
Raspberries (fresh)Raspberries (fresh) 50 g

Coconut waterCoconut water 50 ml
Hemp seedHemp seed 1 Teaspoon

Preparation:

Step 1:
Pour flax, hemp and chia seeds into a glass and mix with grated coconut, vanilla, coconut water and tap water. It is best to leave to swell overnight in the refrigerator (otherwise leave to swell for approx. 10 minutes).
Step 2:
Stir the seed-coconut mixture occasionally and pour into a bowl. Fold in almond paste and raspberries.
