Lemon zest (fresh)Lemon zest (fresh) 3 Knife tip(s)
Lemon juiceLemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Goat cheeseGoat cheese 30 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to about 220°C convection oven and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2:
Press the garlic in a small pot with a garlic press and add the olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest (grated and squeezed from a fresh organic lemon). Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the garlic caramelizes slightly.
Step 3:
Wash the asparagus well, break off or cut off the woody end pieces and place the asparagus in a bowl and pour over the olive and garlic mixture, mixing well with a spoon as hot.
Step 4:
Then spread the marinated asparagus on the prepared baking tray, sprinkle with goat cheese (simply crumble over it) and cook the whole thing now for about 10 min in the oven on medium heat.
Step 5:
Remove after cooking time, serve and enjoy.
