Preparation:

Step 1:
Carrot and cucumber wash and cut into small pieces.
Step 2:
Wash broccoli, cut into florets and boil in water with drained chickpeas for about 4 minutes. Then drain.
Step 3:
Cut tofu into pieces and fry with oil in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Place lettuce, vegetables and tofu in a bowl, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and season to taste with salt and pepper.
