Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash the spring onion well, remove the stalk and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely grate the ginger, also peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the ham into small cubes. Beat the egg in a bowl with a whisk or fork
Step 2:
Now heat the sesame oil in a coated pan and sauté the garlic and ginger with the spring onions for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Then add the ham cubes and sauté for another minute. Now add the beaten egg on top, mix and fry for another 3 min.
Step 3:
Then fold in the cauliflower rice and soy sauce and cook for another 5 min until all ingredients are evenly heated and blended.
Step 4:
Now arrange the cauliflower pan on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve and enjoy.
