Preparation:

Step 1:
Add the spelt to about 100 ml of boiling salted water and simmer, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2:
In the meantime, add the peanut kernels to 50 ml of water and soak for about 15 minutes. Squeeze the juice 1/4 lime.
Step 3:
Wash the beans and cook in boiling water over medium heat for 7-8 minutes until al dente. Drain, rinse and leave to drain. Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté beans in it for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Spinach (for example baby spinach) wash and shake dry. Wash grapes (for example red), cut in half and remove seeds if necessary. For the dressing, mash peanuts with the soaking water. Then season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice.
Step 5:
Put drained spelt, beans, spinach and grapes in a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
