Step 1:
Wash and clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds and white skin, cut into strips. Wash and clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds and white skin, chop finely. Peel the onion and garlic, chop both finely. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
Step 2:
Wash the meat, dab with kitchen roll and cut into strips. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the strips over high heat for 2-3 min. Then remove from the pan.
Step 3:
Add another tablespoon of oil to the same pan, then cook chili onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent. Stir in tomato paste and paprika powder and sauté for 1 min. Deglaze with 3/4 of the broth, add the meat together with the strips of bell bell pepper and tomato halves. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and coriander. Simmer on low heat for about 30 min, stirring occasionally and pouring remaining broth.
Step 4:
Parsley wash, dry and chop finely. Arrange the beef and paprika dumplings on a plate and sprinkle with parsley. Bon appétit!
