Preparation:

Step 1:
Mango and onion mix:Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the mango. Wash the chili well and finely chop it together with the peeled garlic.Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion rings and the garlic and chili cubes until translucent. Then put the mix in a small bowl and season with lime juice, salt and pepper and put everything in the fridge for later.
Step 2:
Now wash the romaine lettuce well. Together with the camembert now cut both into fine strips.Heat the tortilla patty briefly on both sides in a coated pan without oil.
Step 3:
Now spread the hummus on the tortilla patty and then top with lettuce and camembert strips. Finally, remove the mango and onion mix from the refrigerator and spread it on the pita as well. Now fold the wrap in on both sides and roll it up from the bottom and cut it crosswise. Finally arrange, garnish with mint and enjoy.
