Preparation:

Step 1:
Heat a coated pan on high heat and pour in the oil. Sear the meat on both sides for a total of 4 min. Remove the meat from the pan and let it rest in aluminum foil for about 7 minutes.
Step 2:
Wash, peel and slice the carrots. Put the carrots in a saucepan and add about 100 ml of water, butter, salt and pepper - bring to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Remove lid and cook for another 2 min. Finally stir in the chopped parsley.
Step 3:
Now arrange the cooked vegetables on a plate. Place the steak on top, season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
