Step 1:
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash and coarsely chop the lettuce and drain it.
Step 2:
Mix olive oil and balsamic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Properly salt and pepper the steak. Finely chop garlic. Heat rapeseed oil in a coated frying pan on high heat and sear the steak in it briefly on both sides. Then reduce the heat. Then add garlic and rosemary and drizzle the garlic-rosemary broth over the steak several times and turn it over. Repeat until the steak has reached the desired doneness.
Step 4:
Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Mix the salad with the dressing and arrange on a plate together with the steak.
