Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2:
Cut the eggplant into slices about 1 cm thick and place on the baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce on the eggplant slices and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with Salami and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 3:
Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown. Serve on a plate.
