Preparation:

Step 1:
Boil beans in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes and drain in a colander.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
Step 3:

Step 4:
Fry the steak with the remaining oil until it reaches the desired cooking state. Season with salt and pepper and serve on a plate together with the bean and onion mix.
