Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Step 2:
Wash zucchini, peel carrots and onion. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces together with the feta cheese and put them in a baking dish.
Step 3:
Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
